Requirements

Visual Studio 2008

WSPBuilder Extension for Visual Studio 2008

Getting Source Code

Just follow the instructions in the Source Code tab of this web site. We strongly recommend to use Tortoise SVN.

Opening the project

The trunk (working respository) is located in the folder /trunk
Open the trunk folder and double click on SharePoint.ClientSide.sln. This will open the project in Visual Studio 2008

Building the project

Click "Build" -> "Build ClientSide" this will initiate the build sequence

Click "Tools" -> "WSPBuilder" ->"Build WSP". This will generate a *.wsp file (SharePoint Solution) that can be deployed on a SharePoint instance.

Deploying the Solution on SharePoint

Click "Tools" -> "WSPBuilder" ->"Deploy". This will deploy the solution on your SharePoint instance.
